Lacrosse

I have played lacrosse for three years and have found much interest in it!

Lacrosse was is a very fun game, and has a great way of getting you into shape before the summer!

a few general rules to know for lacrosse are:

• Offsides
• Shooting Space
• Charge
• Illigal checking
• Covering
• Dangerous Shot
• Pushing

Lacrosse is fun, and is a great skills game!
